What is your return policy?

Yes, we accept returns, as long as your request is made within 30 days of placing your order. For specific details and how to initiate a return, please go to our Return Policy page.

What shipping service do you use?

Domestic Orders: All items are printed in and shipped from one of several locations all within the United States. We use a number of different carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on the size of your order and whichever service is offering the fastest and lowest rate at the time of your order. On average, most orders should arrive within 10-14 days (this estimated timeframe includes custom production shipping combined). You will also receive notification and tracking information via email when your order has shipped.

Please note, we custom make everything we sell. There is typically an estimated 2-5 business day timeframe needed for production during which your order will be printed, quality checked, and packed. Once this process is done, your order will then ship out.

Please Note: During holiday seasons, production time estimates may increase by an additional 1 to 3 business days.

International Orders: The average fulfillment time for international orders ranges between 14-28 total days (custom production + shipping combined) and this service is available throughout the world. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped. To be fully transparent, our international shipping is not fantastic. It can be very slow, but it is reliable and you will receive it.

I just placed my order, how long until it ships?

All items ordered from our website are custom and printed on demand just for you. This process takes a bit longer than traditional "non-custom" products as special attention and processes are required to prepare your items.

There is typically an estimated 2-5 business day timeframe needed for production during which your order will be printed, quality checked, and packed. Once this process is done, your order will then ship out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note, we can only accept one form of payment for each order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order is already in progress, we cannot change or cancel it. This is because everything we sell is printed on demand especially for you at the time that you order.

If you are no longer interested in receiving the item(s), please refuse delivery by writing "REFUSED" on the outside of the unopened package and have it sent back to us as a Return to Sender Package. It will be treated as a return, and you will receive a store credit. There is a $5 restocking fee per item for returns. Also, please note that we do not refund shipping.

What kind of shirts do you print on?

We only sell superior quality T-Shirts that are made from 100% ring spun cotton and are generally available in sizes Small through 5XL. This fabric is soft, breathable, and offers a comfortable fit to move with your style. Please learn more in the specific item descriptions.

I only received part of my order?

Some products on the site will ship from different locations even though you've purchased them in the same order. If you end up in this situation, please refer to the tracking numbers that are sent to you via email.

I have not received my order yet, now what?

If it has been more than 14 days since your order date, and you still have not received your shipment, or if it seems like your delivery has stalled for an extended period of time please contact us at customerservice@rareandworn.com. Please note that it is not unusual for some shipping carriers to have extended delays. But if your tracking seems to have stalled for more than 5 days, definitely contact us. Please make sure to include your shipping address in your email so we can confirm that it was input correctly when you placed your order.
